VGP has started the development of a new industrial building with a leasable area of 32,768 sqm in VGP Park Timișoara.
The park already has seven buildings with a total leasable area of 178,861 sqm, with another 13,383 sqm available for lease.
The building under development will use a air-air heating pump system and will be certified as BREEAM Excellent. It will also offer the possibility to add solar panels for the generation of renewable energy.
At present, VGP said it still has 11,575 sqm of leasable space available in the building under development.
