Industrial developer VGP has completed a new warehouse spanning 32,768 sqm in its Timișoara-based park, with more than half of its surface already leased by Continental Tires.
Continental Tires Timișoara will use around 20,000 sqm for the storage of tires. At the same time, VGP says it still has over 8,200 sqm of leasable space available in the new building.
The new building has been designed sustainably, aiming for the BREEAM Excellent certification, and includes provisions for adding photovoltaic panels on the roof for green energy generation.
VGP Park Timișoara offers a total leasable area of 178,861 sqm, with 10,728 sqm currently available for new tenants.
