HB Reavis has completed the construction of Varso Tower, the tallest skyscraper in the EU, designed by Foster + Partners. The first tenants will soon move in.

The 310-meter tall (spire included)  tower located next to the Warsaw Central Railway Station reached ground level in early 2019, rose above the Palace of Culture and Science in late 2020, and soon after topped out at its 230 m full roof height. It also boasts Warsaw’s highest garden, as sixteen trees were planted 206 m above ground in mid-2021.

The quality of the pro-ecological solutions used in the building, conducive to the well-being of users, has been verified by independent auditors BREEAM and WELL.

Currently, tenants are arranging their offices inside the building. The first employees will move into Varso Tower in September. Ultimately, the following companies will open their offices here: the IT service provider Box and the international law firms CMS and Greenberg Traurig.

Varso Tower is one of the three buildings of the Varso Place complex, which includes offices, a hotel, an innovation centre and a shopping and service arcade housing, among others, restaurants, a fitness club and a clinic. In line with the adopted strategy of active management and building the long-term value of the completed properties, HB Reavis is also the manager of Varso Place.
