UniCredit Romania has inked a deal with Globalworth for the extension of its lease agreement in the UniCredit HQ building by 2030. The bank has been occupying the building with a leasable area of 17,400 sqm since its opening in 2012.
The building is located in northern Bucharest and was purchased by Globalworth in 2014 for €43 million.

Globalworth’s portfolio has a combined value of €3.1 billion in Romania and Poland. Locally, the company is the biggest office player and has an emerging portfolio of industrial projects.
