
UBM Development Czechia has received a building permit for the new project Rezidence Na Plzeňce in Prague 5 – Smíchov. On a plot of over 3,800 sqm, the company is developing an apartment building with a courtyard.
The eight-floor apartment building will offer 160 apartments and four commercial units. It is divided into four sections with a shared garage on two underground floors. The new apartment building will have geothermal wells, heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and charging stations for electric cars. The apartments will have wooden floors, large-format windows with wooden frames and insulating triple glazing, and underfloor heating, replacing air conditioning units.
"Demand for quality housing continues, which is evidenced by the 125 apartments we sold in Prague last year. We are happy that UBM Development Czechia has obtained a 100% stake and a building permit in the new Rezidence Na Plzeňce project," said Josef Wiedermann, CEO of UBM Development Czechia.
Construction will begin in the first half of 2025, the developer expects the project to be completed in 2027.
