UBM Development Czechia has prepared an open-door event to educate the general and professional public. Guided tours of the Arcus City and Timber Praha residential projects are organised to support sustainable timber structure development strategies in the Czech Republic.

Timber Praha apartment buildings with certification BREEAM Excellent and energy category A are part of the Arcus City project. The future owners will move into the newly created district in autumn 2024. The Arcus City residential complex offers 278 residential and five commercial units. Residents have already moved into 150 apartments, and with the approval of buildings G, H, I, J, K, L, and M in the summer months of 2024, the implementation of the project will be completed. The sale of the project is managed exclusively by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton.

"We are registering great interest in the tours from all sides, including Czech institutions and companies such as schools, financial institutions, developers and politicians," says Alice Slámová, Marketing and Sales Director at UBM Development Czechia.

Residential Houses have heat pumps, geothermal wells or photovoltaic panels. The windows are fitted with exterior blinds. The apartments have underfloor heating, which cools in summer and heats in winter. The Smart Home system regulates heating and cooling and measures energy consumption. The bus line in the centre of Arcus City from the Toufarova stop provides a direct connection to Stodůlky and Luka stations.
