UBM Development Czechia has launched the sale of apartments in the new Rezidence Na Plzeňce project, which will be built close to Smíchov Railway Station in Prague.

The eight-floor apartment building will offer 160 units ranging in size from 28 sqm to 112 sqm. Most of the apartments will have a balcony, terrace or front garden. There will also be plenty of cellars, and parking spaces in underground garages including charging stations for electric cars and four commercial units on the ground floor.

“During the first month of pre-sales, we signed contracts for almost 30% of the units. It shows that this project offers an ideal combination of location, modern technologies and living standards,” said Josef Wiedermann, CEO at UBM Development Czechia.

The construction, which UBM has already started, should be completed in 2027. The sale of the project is handled exclusively by the Lexxus Norton real estate agency.
