UBM Development Czechia has received the building use approval for the Astrid Garden residential project in Prague's Holešovice. The new owners are moving in in the autumn of 2024.

There are 70 units left for sale out of 138, mainly with 1+kk and 2+kk layouts. The BREEAM-certified residential complex has been designed by Bogle Architects. The real estate agency Lexxus Norton provides the sale of apartments exclusively.

Astrid Garden includes 1+kk to 4+kk apartments from 30 to 107 sqm, including two maisonettes with a separate entrance. Most of them have a garden, a terrace or a balcony, a cellar and a parking space in a two-floor underground garage. In the apartment building, the owners can use a bike room with a bike washer, a workshop for residents, a community room, and a shared office. Two retail units are located on the ground floor of the building on U Průhonu Street. One of them already has an owner, the other unit can be used as a general practitioner or dentist's office, office, café or designer showroom.
"The completion of the project went smoothly and per the planned schedule," says Alice Slámová, Marketing and Sales Director at UBM Development Czechia. "For buyers, we have prepared the option of a subsidised mortgage with an interest rate of 2.99% for the purchase of 1+kk and 2+kk apartments. It is interesting both for investors and buyers who purchase apartments for their living.”
