UBM Development Czechia has completed 3 apartment buildings in the Arcus City residential complex on the border of the Stodůlky and Řeporyje districts of Prague. Of the 66 apartments in the second stage, half of the units are currently available for purchase.

Buildings G, H, and I are located in the centre of the Arcus City complex and include 66 apartments ranging in size from 39 to 101 sqm. Each apartment has either a balcony, terrace or front garden. The new owners will move into the apartments in autumn 2024.

As part of the Arcus City residential complex, buildings J, K, L and M of the Timber Praha project will also be completed soon. UBM is preparing them for the building use approval.  The sale of units is provided exclusively by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton.

The buildings include 62 units ranging in size from 39 to 110 sqm. Apartment buildings in the energy-efficient category A and with BREEAM Excellent ecological certification are equipped with modern technologies for controlling heating or electrically operated outdoor blinds. The system also measures energy consumption. Heat pumps, geothermal wells or photovoltaic panels manage hot water heating and provide electricity for lighting the common areas of apartment buildings and driving elevators. Part of the Arcus City residential complex is a small square with a relaxation zone and shops. A total of 278 apartments were created here.
