The Office for the Protection of Economic Competition (ÚOHS) has authorized the Czech real estate fund Trigea from the Partners group to buy the owner of the Prague shopping centre Arkády Pankrác, e15.cz reports.

Arkády Pankrác is currently owned by the Israeli company G City through Atrium Pankrác. The Czech real estate fund Trigea has announced that it plans to buy it for €265 million, as Property Forum informed last year.

"Competitors come together, especially in the area of real estate rental, i.e. apartments and non-residential premises. The Office found that the merger would not result in a significant distortion of economic competition, and therefore issued a decision to permit the merger, which has already acquired legal force," said ÚOHS.
