The owner of the Arkády Pankrác shopping centre in Prague, Atrium Pankrác, is being bought by the Czech real estate fund Trigea from the Partners group. The transaction is now being assessed by the Office for the Protection of Economic Competition (ÚOHS), e15.cz reports.
Arkády Pankrác is currently owned by the Israeli company G City through Atrium Pankrác. The Czech real estate fund Trigea has announced that it plans to buy it for €265 million, as Property Forum informed last year.
The ÚOHS office is assessing the transaction in the so-called simplified procedure. A decision is expected to be issued within 20 days.
