Trade unions are offering the Art Deco Imperial Hotel in the centre of Prague for sale, for which they are asking at least CZK 2,15 billion (€86,6 million), HN.cz reports. Offers are accepted until 15th April 2024.

The five-star Art Deco Imperial Hotel on the corner of Na Poříčí and Zlatnická streets has 126 rooms and houses the Café Imperial restaurant, co-owned by Zdeněk Pohlreich. The hotel was opened in 1914 and was renovated between 2005 and 2007. It is currently owned by the Majetková Association, the administrative and delimitation union of trade unions. According to the server, Union also owns, for example, the building of the Olšanka Hotel in Prague 3 and also has mountain guesthouses in its portfolio.
