Speedwell obtained the WELL v2 pre-certification for MIRO, a Class A office project developed by the Belgian company in the northern part of Bucharest.

Romanian developer Țiriac Imobiliare has appointed Colliers International to obtain the WELL Health-Safety certification for a mixed portfolio of projects, being the first developer in Romania to do so.

The acquisition of the second phase of Advance Tower located on the Váci road office corridor has been closed. Futureal Group has started the construction of the second phase of its Advance Tower office building located at the Váci office corridor in Budapest, Hungary. The expansion of the office complex will offer an additional 8,000 square meters of GLA. Advance Tower’s second phase receiving the international WELL Building Platinum Precertification is expected to be handed over in the second half of 2019.

Futureal Group signed a credit agreement of €34.2 million with K&H Bank in order to finance the realization of the Advance Tower office building located in Budapest, Hungary. The first phase of the office complex, receiving the international WELL Building Platinum Precertification, is expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2018.
