Real Management acquires land for industrial facility near Warsaw

Real Management S.A. has finalised the purchase of a development plot in Łubna, on the DK79 road connecting Warsaw, Piaseczno and Góra Kalwaria. Polish warehouse market to enter adaptation period

In 2021, the warehouse sector strongly dominated Poland's commercial real estate market in terms of volume. The value of transactions - approximately €3.2 billion - accounted for over half of the total value of investment transactions. MLP Group aims to increase occupancy rates

Last year MLP Group recorded very good results as regards contracts signed with tenants. During the period, the Polish developer of logistics facilities leased in approximately 240,000 sqm of space. Kajima Poland to redevelop City Point Targówek in Warsaw

Peakside Capital Advisors has selected a general contractor for phase 1 redevelopment of the City Point Targówek urban logistics park. The contract will be executed on an EPC basis by Kajima Poland. Phase 1 demolition work is currently in progress. Ultimately City Point Targówek is to provide nearly 100,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, meeting the highest standards in sustainability. Handover of the first building to tenants is expected to take place by the end of this year.

New leases

  • JD Group-owned brands JD Sports and Sizeer are strengthening their presence in EPP-managed shopping centres. The group's latest agreements and extensions covered a total of nearly 1.7 thousand sqm - in Kalisz's Galeria Amber, Kielce's Galeria Echo and Szczecin's Galaxy.
  • Poznan's Galeria Panorama, which the Balmain Group is commercialising, has expanded its portfolio with the addition of an Action brand store, a Dutch non-food discount chain. The Action store has taken over 1,000 sqm of space.
  • BWF Poland, a manufacturer of textile filter materials and plastic products, has leased 2,400 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Silesian Logistics Centre BIK Sosnowiec III (southern Poland).

New appointments

  • Marcin Janik has taken up the position of head of the southern Poland region at CBRE. He will be responsible for Silesia, Małopolska and the previously serviced Wrocław.
  • GTC Group has appointed Miklos Egri as Chief Operating Officer. The new manager will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operational and administrative management in the Central and Eastern European markets.
  • Paulina Petynka has joined the team of Yareal Polska, taking on the position of Leasing Director. She has more than 20 years of professional experience.
