Hillwood Poland’s 15 buildings have been certified BREEAM In Use at the Excellent level, completing the certification for the company’s entire portfolio. Obtaining the certificates was the result of cooperation with JWA, a consulting firm specializing in green solutions for commercial real estate.

Park Avenue Tower in Tirana has become the first Albanian office project to secure BREEAM Design Stage certification with an Excellent rating, a level in alignment with European standards for commercial investments. 7R will introduce a battery energy storage unit at 7R Park Wrocław West II. This innovative solution is unprecedented in facilities of this type. It will allow for storing the energy and, consequently, a significant reducing of the carbon footprint.

White Star Real Estate has published its ESG report for the year 2022, which includes a review of activities related to the areas outlined in its ESG Policy: environmental, social and corporate governance. Despite no legal obligation to prepare a non-financial report for 2022, the company opted to create a report in reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines.
