Speedwell has kicked off the development of the second residential building of the mixed-use project Paltim based in Timișoara.

The volume of commercial land sales in Romania excluding the industrial segment fell by less than 10% to €450 million during 2023 compared to the previous year, according to a Colliers report.

Speedwell says it has completed the construction works for the first 123 apartments in the mixed-use urban regeneration project Paltim, based in Timișoara. The delivery of the apartments is expected in Q1 2024.

Speedwell expects to break ground in 2024 with its new villa project near Bucharest, in Corbeanca, with the first residential units set to be delivered in early 2025.
