A branch of the iDream Apple Premium Reseller brand has opened in the Galeria Mazovia shopping centre in Plock. The 100 sqm-plus showroom is located on the ground floor of the centre and, in addition to selling products, also provides technical support services.
A new club belonging to the nationwide Well Fitness network has opened in Szczecin's Hanza Tower high-rise owned by J.W. Construction. The new gym, operating on an area of over 2,100 square metres, is open 24 hours a day.
Techstep Poland is moving its office to Officyna in Gdańsk. The company, which offers business mobility management solutions, has leased around 460 sqm in the office building. The contract with the developer, Torus, was signed for five years and the transaction was brokered by Brookfield Partners, a consultancy firm.
New appointments
Andreea Comșa has been appointed Commercial Director of Speedwell. In her new position, she will lead and coordinate the operations of the commercial department with responsibility for the sales and leasing teams. She will also oversee the implementation of sales and development strategies, being fully involved in marketing initiatives and expanding existing business segments.
Piotr Tarkowski has been appointed the new president of Dekpol Deweloper, a key division of the Dekpol Group, replacing outgoing president Sebastian Barandziek, the company announced.
Jonathan Cohen joins MDC2 as Head of Construction. His primary focus will be supervising the construction projects of the company. Jonathan will work closely with Jeremy Cordery, Chief Operations Officer and Founder of MDC2.
