IAD IRF, a sub-fund of IAD Investments Fund, has signed a lease agreement with Kooperativa poisťovňa, a.s. Vienna Insurance Group and its subsidiaries for the office space in the Twin City C building in Bratislava. 

The Mlynské nivy bus station is the main bus terminal in Bratislava. The spacious station has now entered a reconstruction, with HB Reavis' goal to optimise its area and adapt it to real transport requirements, reports Yimba.sk.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has cut its 2025 growth forecast for its regions by 0.2 percentage points to 3.0%, with a moderate rebound to 3.4% expected in 2026. Alto Real Estate has secured financing for its flagship project in Bratislava. The developer has announced the successful signing of a loan agreement to secure financing for the SKY PARK Tower project, the latest work of the world-renowned architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects in Slovakia.
