Investors see higher interest in resi for rent in Belgrade

The first larger building that is only intended for rental was opened within the Belgrade-based Skyline project in April and is already over 30% rented, which is a good rate of rental for buildings of this type, according to an opinion of Cordon consultants.

New leases

The international chain Nanu-Nana, offering, among other things, giftware, made its debut at Galeria Północna in Warsaw. Two other tenants - Sephora and Dealz - have modernised their premises, while Dealz has additionally changed location.
A Reserved shop in a new concept was opened in Warsaw's Wola Park. The Polish brand occupied 2,300 sqm on two floors.
The offices of Huuuge Games, a developer and publisher of free-to-play mobile games, occupy an area of 4,500 sqm at Warsaw Hub, developed by Ghelamco.

New appointments

Jonathan Cohen joins MDC2 as Head of Construction. His primary focus will be supervising the construction projects of the company. Jonathan will work closely with Jeremy Cordery, Chief Operations Officer and Founder of MDC2.
Savills Poland is strengthening its Industrial Services Hub team. Emil Chwieduk joined at the beginning of October, taking on the position of Associate.
Czech Logport Development has appointed Peter Pecník, HB Reavis's ex-group CFO and ex-country CEO (Poland), the new Chief Financial Officer.
