Panattoni Europe will increase the supply of warehouse space in Silesia, the key industrial hub of Central and Eastern Europe. The developer has just bought land for its new investment – Panattoni Park Czeladź III. The construction of the 68,000 sqm complex will commence this quarter, creating new jobs in the region.

Neinver has taken over the management of Silesia Outlet located in Silesia, Poland. The outlet centre currently being developed is scheduled to open this spring in the city of Gliwice. The investor of the facility is 6B47, one of the leading developers in the German-speaking countries. Neinver will be responsible for management, marketing and leasing.

Prologis has signed four lease agreements totalling 62,700 square metres at its parks in Chorzów and Dąbrowa Górnicza, bringing its Silesian portfolio to 98 percent occupied.

Prologis has signed six lease agreements totalling 33,730 square metres at Prologis Park Chorzów, Prologis Park Dąbrowa and Prologis Park Będzin II.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Helaba and ING Bank have jointly underwritten an investment facility, totalling €163.6 million, to refinance Karolinka, Pogoria and Platan Shopping Centres in Poland. The assets are owned by Rockcastle Global Real Estate Company Limited. The transaction closed in September 2016. pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Helaba and ING Bank are acting as Joint Lead Arrangers providing equal portions of the funding, with pbb acting as facility and security agent of the transaction.
