Immofinanz increases shareholding in S Immo to over 50%

Immofinanz is acquiring 17,305,012 shares in S Immo AG from its core shareholder, CPI Property Group, thus obtaining a controlling stake in S Immo of 50% plus one share. The purchase price amounts to €337.5 million or €19.5 per S Immo share. The transaction will be financed through a long-term credit facility provided to Immofinanz by CPIPG. The share purchase agreement was signed on 19 December 2022. The closing of the transaction will take place before the end of 2022. Consequently, Immofinanz will fully consolidate S Immo in the 2022 annual financial statements.

RSJ Investments announces changes in ownership

The majority owner of RSJ Investments is now the Co-Founder and Head of the Group, Libor Winkler, as another co-founder and presidential candidate Karel Janeček has sold all his shares. Janeček remains in RSJ's sister company, which focuses on stock trading, the daily E15 reports. Neither the group nor Karel Janeček would comment on the changes.

Nordis Group adds new shareholders

Romanian developer Nordis Group has added Daniel Penciuc (left in picture) and Florin Poștoacă as shareholders, each with stakes of 5% in Nordis Management. Following the move, the group’s number of shareholders rose to six.

One United Properties founder seeks share capital increase

Victor Căpitanu, co-founder of One United Properties, has asked shareholders to approve a share capital increase of up to RON 228.8 million (€46.3 million) by incorporating around 80% of the shares from the Initial Public Offering (IPO) concluded in early July.

New leases

  • HCLTech is staying at Krakow's O3 Business Campus for the next five years. The tenant occupies four floors with a total contract area of over 7,000 sqm. The complex is managed by EPP.
  • Tech company Endava has renewed its lease for a further five years at the United Business Center building, part of the Iulius Mall Cluj development. The deal, brokered by real estate consultancy Colliers, covers 4,300 sqm of office space.
  • Gide Loyrette Nouel and Norton Rose Fulbright have extended their leases at Metropolitan Warszawa. The law firms have leased a total of over 3,000 sqm. of office space.

New appointments

  • Piotr Tarkowski has been appointed the new president of Dekpol Deweloper, a key division of the Dekpol Group, replacing outgoing president Sebastian Barandziek, the company announced.
  • Jonathan Cohen joins MDC2 as Head of Construction. His primary focus will be supervising the construction projects of the company. Jonathan will work closely with Jeremy Cordery, Chief Operations Officer and Founder of MDC2.
  • Savills Poland is strengthening its Industrial Services Hub team. Emil Chwieduk joined at the beginning of October, taking on the position of Associate.
