New leases

  • LCP Properties has completed the commercialisation process for the M Park Olsztyn project. Contracts have been signed for six units, with a total GLA of 3,100 sqm. Tenants include Tedi (801 sqm), Sinsay (788 sqm), Pepco (549 sq m), Dealz (466 sqm), Rossmann (461 sqm) and JB Bałdyga/Cymes (91 sqm).
  • Three companies have leased spaces with a total area of 5,000 sqm in the Dageco Estate Expozitiei project based in northern Bucharest. On the ground floor of the main building, a restaurant with an event hall will be opened, with a total area of 1,459 sqm, the educational unit on the premises will expand by 1,500 sqm, and the car showroom will double its current area.
  • Infinity Cloud Technologies has leased 1,200 sqm in Paris Office Building, part of Bucharest-based Sema parc, for a data centre. The transaction was brokered by iO Partners

New appointments

  • Agnieszka Hryniewiecka-Jachowicz, operations director and board member of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK), is retiring. She had been involved with the association since 2018.
  • Marzena Szeller has joined the Redkom Development team. In her position as Leasing Manager, she will support the commercialisation of the facilities in the company's portfolio.
  • Bartosz Guss will take up the post of General Director of the Polish Association of Developers from 1st of July. He is a local government officer who has been involved in real estate and cooperated with business for more than 20 years.
