Romanian Impact Developer & Contractor says it purchased a new land plot of 25,930 sqm in Iași, in the location where it will kick off a massive residential project with more than 1,000 apartments. 

The PRS market in the CEE region gathers pace and interest from investors but the majority of activity is currently centred around the Czech Republic and Poland. From the stock of existing developer/investor-owned, multiple-unit PRS schemes, the Czech Republic is ahead, followed by Poland and the remaining countries behind that. 

The Nuselský pivovar (Nusle Brewery) residential project in Prague 4 has received a building permit, developer Penta Real Estate announced. Following the completion of demolition works, excavation works have now begun. 

Real Estate Investment and Port Shipping & Engineering, a group of companies operating in the field of civil and industrial construction, are jointly investing €10 million in a new residential project in Constanța.

Romanian Impact Developer & Contractor says it has increased by 50% the share capital, registered in the Central Depository, to 393.75 million lei (€79.8 million) and offered shareholders one free share for every two shares held. 

Belgrade Waterfront developer Eagle Hills has completed structural works on Kula Belgrade. With 168 metres, 42 levels and a total area of about 50,000 sqm, the tower is the tallest building in Serbia and the region.

In the first half of 2021, Echo Investment sold 907 apartments in Poland, improving its sales by almost 40 pct on the same period last year.
