Nrep gets financing from Santander Bank for PRS project in Warsaw

The Lett Markowska project in Warsaw's Praga Północ district, being developed as part of the housing platform by Nrep, has received financing of PLN 60 million (ca. €14 million) from Santander Bank Polska. The funds will be allocated to the development of the investment, which includes 179 rental apartments. This marks the first collaboration between Nrep and Santander Bank Polska.

New leases

  • The worldbox chain of clothing stores is opening its first office in Gdańsk. The company's headquarters will occupy an area of nearly 1,300 sqm in the Olivia Prime building, a part of the Olivia Centre complex.
  • Megabajt, an IT equipment producer, has leased more than 4,500 sqm at the Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki logistics centre. The investment is being developed in Chlebnia, near Warsaw.
  • emagine, an IT outsourcing company, has leased 6,000 sqm of space in Office House. The office building is being constructed in Warsaw as part of phase I of the Towarowa22 mixed-use project.

New appointments

  • Tomasz Chojnacki has taken up the position of Deputy Head of the Office Department of CBRE Poland. In his new role, he is responsible for the management and development of the office sector and the development of a coherent business plan for all services for clients in this market segment.
  • Mantor E2K, a company specialized in industrial and logistics constructions, has appointed Radu Vlad as its Business Development Manager. He brings over 20 years of experience in industrial and real estate project development to the role, having coordinated projects with a combined value exceeding €180 million.
  • At the beginning of February, Michał Chodecki became the head of the Warehouse & Logistics department of Savills Poland. The new director is responsible for the strategy and direction-setting of this business line and building relationships with key clients.
