Czech investment company REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s. (REICO IS ČS) as of February has appointed Savills as property manager for its Prague office complex Bořislavka. Savills will work in cooperation with Active Retail Asset Management (ARAM) who will manage the retail scheme within the asset.  

GTC Hungary has appointed new top managers who will be responsible for serving GTC’s clients more efficiently.

EQT Exeter has appointed Savills as property manager for its very first investment in the Czech Republic. Despite almost all European office employees working from home last year the empty workplaces did not lead to a reduction in the expenditure that companies had to fulfil had the workforce been in the office. The average costs per FTE fell by only 2% and amounted to €9,468. These findings have been published by Colliers, Occupier Cost Index (OCI), which comprises data from 29 countries, 3,990 buildings, 26.1 million square meters of office space and 1.96 million FTEs.

MVGM has been appointed by Hansainvest Real Assets to manage 44,000 sqm of space in two logistics centres: Panattoni Park City Logistics II Wrocław and Panattoni Park Poznań X.

MainStage Logistics, a company providing comprehensive services in respect of logistics centre management, has a new facility in the portfolio. Since December, the company has been managing an industrial and warehouse park in Jasionka near Rzeszów.

Globe Trade Centre has launched a new app – “Welcome GTC” – to ease access to building amenities and engage tenants with a more comfortable and safer workplace experience.
