The completion of the industrial park in Choroszcz, a Białystok district, has been announced. The Czech investor made its debut in the region in 2018 with an investment in an industrial park in Białystok. Currently, Accolade owns facilities totalling approximately 80,000 sqm in the Białystok region. Both Park Białystok I and the nearby Park Białystok II in Choroszcz remain fully leased. All the parks in Accolade's portfolio are BREEAM certified and aligned with the specifics of each region.

Cushman & Wakefield has released a summary of retail market conditions in Poland. At the end of Q2 2023, there was close to 500,000 sqm of retail space under construction, seven international brands debuted on the Polish market in the three months to June while the expansion of retail parks continued apace. On the other hand, both retail tenants and landlords continued to face high inflation which impacted their real turnover levels.

According to a report published by Newmark Polska, occupier activity in Poland’s regional city office markets remains stable, but tenants are increasingly shifting their focus towards making efficient use of office space and looking for better quality offices.

There are more and more vacant office spaces on the regional markets in Poland. In Warsaw, despite the decline in demand, the availability of offices is getting smaller, says Walter Herz.

Cavatina will launch its first residential project in the United States – a 13-story building in downtown Seattle, Washington, made of prefabricated components manufactured in Poland. The project is being developed by Cavatina in collaboration with the internationally renowned architectural firm, Epstein, based in Chicago. Panattoni has completed the construction of a production plant in Silesia. The developer has delivered a 21,000 sqm centre to Hager Group, the leading provider of electric installation solutions and services. The factor will primarily be used for the production of electrical safety equipment. 

Savills Investment Management has signed an extension agreement with Multidekor S.A. concerning the lease of approx. 23,000 sqm of space at Konotopa Park II logistics centre near Warsaw. The lease has been extended by five years.

Globalworth has signed a contract to sell the Warta Tower office building in Warsaw to a company from the Cornerstone Investment Management platform. The value of the transaction has been set at over €63 million.

Panattoni has secured financing for its first project in Bytom as Bank Pekao awarded an €80 million loan for the construction of Panattoni Park Bytom.
