P3 builds new warehouse for PepsiCo near Warsaw

P3 has announced the signing multiannual contract with PepsiCo for the lease of 58,470 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at P3 Mszczonów park. Co-living brand Quarters enters Poland

Medici Living Group, a provider of co-living space in Europe and the US, is expanding into Poland. The company has appointed Renata Kusznierska as Director Expansion Poland. Based in Warsaw, she will be spearheading the group’s expansion and roll-out of the Quarters co-living brand in the region. She will identify locations and secure buildings, with an initial focus on Warsaw and Krakow. Other cities are to follow once a foothold has been established.

Panattoni Europe builds 65,000 sqm park in Upper Silesia

Panattoni Europe has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Zabrze with planned space of 64,200 sqm. The distribution centre is being built in a historic industrial part of the city, and has already secured its first tenants. They are – a beer producer set to take up 5,400 sqm and Ban-Food, a logistics operator with 2,200 sqm. The first 20,000 sqm will be available already this autumn.

Panattoni to start 100,000 sqm project in Wroclaw

Soon after announcing the construction of S5 Wrocław North Gate, Panattoni Europe revealed another project in Lower Silesia – Panattoni Park Wrocław XI. The investment, planned to total 100,000 sqm, has become number one for Pantos Logistics. The company will take up 72,000 sqm in the park to run operations for LG Chem, LG Electronics and others. The project as a whole is scheduled for completion on 30 November 2019.

Latest news


New leases

  • Panattoni has commenced construction on the latest phase of Panattoni Park Gorzów II, developing a bespoke BTS warehouse for DPD Polska. The facility will encompass 5,300 sqm tailored to the courier company’s operational requirements. DPD Polska is scheduled to begin operations at the new site in August 2026.
  • Romanian strategic advisory firm Infinexa Restructuring has relocated its HQ to GTC’s City Gate South Tower in Bucharest. The move supports their integrated approach to delivering complex debt restructuring, insolvency mandates, and preventive procedures for distressed companies.
  • Sports Direct has leased 1,700 sqm in XOPark Sofia for its first Bulgarian store, in a deal brokered by CBRE.

New appointments

  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
  • iO Partners has announced key leadership changes within its Czech Republic operations as part of its ongoing business evolution. Milan Kilik has been appointed as the new Head of Office Leasing, with a particular focus on client advisory and team collaboration. Concurrently, Petr Kareš has transitioned into the role of Occupier Business Development Director. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and integrating services across Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Industrial Leasing.
