Cavatina Holding has obtained an occupancy permit for the first building completed within the Ocean Office Park complex in Kraków.

The first of the eight buildings planned as part of the Palio Office Park project in Gdańsk has been commissioned. The office building located on the premises of the Gdańsk Shipyard will deliver 16.6 thousand square meters GLA to the Tricity market.

A newly opened project at Taśmowa Street with over 370 apartments joins Resi4Rent buildings in Warsaw Brewery and at Suwak Street.

The first tenant in the building with a potential area of up to 45,700 sqm is DHL. The global logistics operator will thus expand its activities in Accolade’s parks by another 20,500 sqm. The first part of the building will be handed over in June. The new €31 million project will not just meet all standards for BREEAM Very Good certificate.  

Buyers want more rooms, but the minimum area they can accept in a given type of apartment is still decreasing, say JLL analysts.

City Logistics Kraków I, planned as a BREEAM certified, two hall facility will add to Małopolska region 37,000 sqm of logistics space. 9,000 sqm in the first building has been pre-let to InPost – the largest logistics operator in Poland.

International workspace provider HB Reavis announces that Marcin Klammer will lead its Polish team. Most recently, he worked as Development Director for Unibail Rodamco Westfield. He was also CEO Central and Eastern Europe for BNP Paribas Real Estate and held a number of positions at Arcadis, including CEO and Market Sector Leader.  ó

Alides, the Ghent-based property developer and investor, has purchased Gdańsk’s Waterside office complex from DEKA Immobilien. The building has a marketable surface of 9,320 sqm and is located in the historic Old Town. This is Alides' second acquisition in Gdańsk, following the purchase of the Imperial Shipyard in 2017 together with Revive.  The purchase price has not been disclosed.

On February 25, 2021 the 7,000th store of Żabka chain was opened. The facility is located in the town of Biecz in Lesser Poland.
