Panattoni donates €110,000 worth of supplies to Polish hospitals

C&W to manage Ghelamco’s Warsaw complex

New leases

  • Promatic, a company that creates technological solutions, has signed a long-term lease for office space in Warsaw's Wola Center. The company will occupy 1,200 sqm on the sixth floor of the building.
  • FroGum, a distributor of car accessories has joined the group of tenants at the MLP Pruszków II logistics center near Warsaw. The company has leased 10,000 square meters of warehouse space. The transaction was advised by the Knight Frank agency.
  • HB Reavis Poland has signed a lease agreement with Alior Bank SA for 8,300 sqm of office space at Varso Place (Warsaw). The bank will move into Varso Place later in 2025. CMS Poland advised the building owner during the negotiation process.

New appointments

  • Maciej Müldner has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MLP Group. An experienced executive, he has spent nearly 20 years contributing to the development of the Skanska Group in Central Europe.
  • Panattoni Income Fund has appointed Olaf Bruns as Managing Director Business Development DACH. Earlier this year, the fund’s team was also strengthened by Piotr Boruc, who took on the role of Head of Finance and Reporting.
  • CBRE has named Hristo Karakostov as Head of Advisory & Transactions Office Services Department for Bulgaria, within its Southeast Europe (SEE) office. He succeeds Monika Gajewska, who will continue to lead the Occupier Business Development efforts for the SEE.
