For nearly 1.5 years, since the beginning of the pandemic, the hybrid work model has permanently established itself in the labour market. According to the report, "Back to the office - an opportunity and a challenge. The office market and coronavirus", prepared by Colliers, the vast majority of companies would like to stick to this model also in the post-pandemic reality.

In mid-April this year, Equilis Poland finalized the land purchase transaction in Warsaw's Ursus district and plans to implement development of over 1,000 apartments there. Construction is scheduled to begin in the upcoming year.

Vastint Poland entrusted Mostostal Warszawa with the construction of the B10 office and hotel complex in Wroclaw. Cavatina Holding, one of the largest Polish developers of office space, has confirmed its intent to carry out an initial public offering (IPO) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.  A conclusive decision in this respect will be made based on market conditions. Details of the IPO will be published in the prospectus following its approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The transaction will entail the issue of new shares only and its detailed parameters will be presented upon publication of the prospectus.

MidPoint71, the office building developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław, has reached its target height, which was symbolized by a traditional topping out ceremony. Currently, facade and installation works are in progress. The next stage will be finishing the interior of the office building. The facility is scheduled to receive its occupancy permit in the fourth quarter of 2021.
