The construction works on Panattoni Park Bolesławiec, which is the developer's 22nd park in Lower Silesia, are to start this month.

The office building Moje Miejsce I, which is part of the multifunctional "destination” project in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów district, will change its owner. Echo Investment sells it for €47.3 million to an institutional investor operating on the real estate market. The office building is almost fully leased to reputable tenants and has been awarded BREEAM environmental certificate with a Very Good rating.

Close to 75% of respondents are not interested in hiring meeting spaces from external providers, reveals a survey conducted among the tenants of office buildings under the management of Cushman & Wakefield.

Atrium European Real Estate Limited, an owner and operator of shopping centres and residential for rent properties in Central Europe, announces that it has signed its first two residential transactions, totalling around 650 residential units, located in Warsaw and Kraków in Poland, for €53 million in aggregate. ITM Baza Poznańska, a Musketeers Group company that specializes in warehousing of products sold through the Group’s Intermarché and Bricomarché stores, has leased 13,000 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I. The tenant was represented during lease negotiations by Cresa Poland.
