Skanska’s Wave office building in Tri-City has received WELL Core & Shell certificate. This is the first such certificate on the Tri-City market and the first at the Gold level outside Warsaw. The WELL Core & Shell certificate confirms that the investor has prioritized solutions and amenities focusing on people, their health and needs.

Panattoni has begun the construction of a 42,000 sqm logistics centre for Rohlig Suus Logistics at Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I in Tarnowo Podgórne. At the same time, work has started on a speculative facility with an area of ​​18,000 sqm, which is intended for a variety of tenants. 

According to “Office Occupier: Office Market in Warsaw, Q1-Q4 2021”, a report published by Newmark Polska, despite many challenges that the office market faced in 2021, the closing months of the year brought the long-awaited stabilization. Despite the pandemic triumph of e-commerce, customers are not giving up on shopping in brick-and-mortar shops. Brands wanting to benefit from the synergy of these channels implement innovative formats and compete for customers' attention with technology and environmentally friendly products. However, retail parks and convenience centres continue to enjoy popularity among investors and developers, says JLL.

7R, the Polish developer of warehouse and production facilities, delivered nearly 400,000 sqm of BREEAM-certified space in 2021, doubling the company’s annual result y-o-y. In the last 12 months, 7R has divested 17 projects to investment funds and real estate companies for a total of nearly €400 million. The amount of space the tenants occupy has also increased, totaling 500,000 sqm. The portfolio of properties managed by 7R now exceeds one million sqm.

Individual investors subscribed to all K-series bonds offered by Echo Investment. The developer will issue securities with a total nominal value of PLN 50 million.
