Panattoni starts construction of 40,000 sqm warehouse in Koluszki

Panattoni is creating an alternative warehousing location to Łódź in Central Poland with the development of Panattoni Park Koluszki. The park is around 30 km from the administrative capital of the region and will eventually comprise around 40,000 sqm. Already around 60% of the space has been leased. The first tenant is cat and dog food producer PetRepublic, which moved into an area of 12,000 sqm in November this year. In the third quarter of 2022, Panattoni is to hand over around 13,400 sqm to automotive companies.

First stage of LCube Logistic Park Rzeszów is commercialised

Warehouse developer LCube has completed the commercialisation of the first stage of Logistic Park Rzeszów, based at Rzeszów Jasionka International Airport. REN Group, Poland’s major food products distributor for the last 25 years, has recently been joined by Cocolita, an online cosmetics and beauty shop. The commercialisation of the facility, whose surface area totals 5.7 thousand square metres, was completed before the official project acceptance of the investment, scheduled for December.

Redefine Europe acquires M1 Marki shopping centre from Chariot

Chariot Group, an investment platform managed by Griffin Real Estate on behalf of an investment consortium, has sold the M1 Marki shopping centre to Redefine Europe – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Redefine Properties Limited, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. New leases

  • LPP is expanding its presence in Romania with the opening of four new stores in Iulius Mall Suceava. Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, and House stores will occupy a combined 3,100 sqm and are slated to open in H1 2025, as part of an expansion project implemented by Iulius.
  • Romanian delivery firm FAN Courier has leased 4,800 sqm in the ELI Park Bacău logistics project, developed by local group ELI Parks.
  • ARM Hungary has leased the entire 9th and 10th floors of Millennium Gardens in Budapest. iO Partners represented ARM Hungary in the transaction.

New appointments

  • Maciej Müldner has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MLP Group. An experienced executive, he has spent nearly 20 years contributing to the development of the Skanska Group in Central Europe.
  • Panattoni Income Fund has appointed Olaf Bruns as Managing Director Business Development DACH. Earlier this year, the fund’s team was also strengthened by Piotr Boruc, who took on the role of Head of Finance and Reporting.
  • CBRE has named Hristo Karakostov as Head of Advisory & Transactions Office Services Department for Bulgaria, within its Southeast Europe (SEE) office. He succeeds Monika Gajewska, who will continue to lead the Occupier Business Development efforts for the SEE.
