Panattoni takes on another development for ESA Logistika in the Radzymin area. One of the leading logistics operators in the CEE region is to take up 30,000 sqm from the beginning of 2023.

The most popular destinations for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day in the winter season are Zakopane and Krynica Zdrój, a Sun & Snow survey has found. Karpacz, Kraków and Gdańsk are also catching on. 

Panattoni has completed an investment in the Warminsko-Mazurskie province. Almost all of Panattoni Park Elbląg's space has been leased to Flex, a global supplier of equipment and technology. The facility is also used by the courier network DPD Polska. 

Residential developers in Poland are aware of the importance of ESG but they feel that their customers are often still focused on the price only. The participants of the ESG panel of Living Investment Forum 2022, held by Property Forum in Warsaw recently, agreed that the legal and financial pressure put on the construction industry may not be enough and there is still a lot to be done in terms of education.

Allianz Real Estate, acting on behalf of several Allianz Group companies, has entered into a purchase agreement related to a portfolio of five Class A logistics facilities in three European countries in a forward transaction with German logistics leader DHL. Set to complete between Q1 2023 to Q1 2024, the portfolio represents one of Allianz Real Estate’s largest single logistics sector acquisitions, in terms of gross leasable area, to date. In total the five facilities will cover over 200,000 sqm.

Savills, along with its flexible office specialist Workthere.pl, anticipates that flex office stock in Europe will reach circa 20% of total office stock across the continent over the next 10 years. However, this will vary significantly by location and working culture, as the definition of what is considered ‘flex’ broadens.

One of the largest office complexes in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, Marynarska Business Park, is currently undergoing extensive modernisation. The project is being carried out with particular attention to sustainability. The redevelopment will give a new appearance to the common areas of the office buildings and the outdoor area, where the 6,000 sqm concrete car park is being transformed into a publicly accessible green park. The planned completion date is Q2 2023.

C. Hartwig Gdynia, a leading Polish freight forwarding company of the global Rhenus Group, has expanded its lease to occupy a total of 16,100 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Panattoni has purchased a huge plot in Ruda Śląska in Upper Silesia. The building permit acquired allows for the construction of a park with a total area of 65,000 sqm. The development is to be built in the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway, 15 km from the A1.

After its August acquisition of the Renaissance Tower office building in Warsaw's Wola district, the company has increased its holdings in the business district of Służewiec. Another office building will be constructed on a plot of nearly 7,000 sqm, located at 10 Marynarska Street, in the immediate vicinity of the existing Adgar Plaza complex.
