Auto Partner, one of the largest auto parts distributors in Poland, has leased 30,000 sqm of modern commercial space at MLP Zgorzelec. It will be the first tenant in a new logistics centre being built near the border with Germany and the Czech Republic. With the new transaction, the total space leased by this auto parts distributor and importer in MLP Group facilities has increased to nearly 60,000 sqm.

Heimstaden has introduced 284 new, fully equipped apartments to the Warsaw rental market, as part of the second stage of the Bokserska project. The first tenants will move in March of 2023.

Vastint has received a permit for the renovation with change of function of the first three historical buildings in the Stara Rzeźnia complex in Poznań in Poland. As part of the work, they will be restored and transformed into office buildings. Saint-Gobain Sekurit, a manufacturer of car glass and solutions for the automotive market, has leased 21,300 sqm in CTPark Iłowa located in the Lubuskie voivodeship in Poland. The company will move into the largest building of the complex (110,000 sqm), in which it will conduct production and warehouse operations.
