The end of the year for retail real estate in Poland was marked by a rise in inflation and the various consequences that followed it, increases in energy prices and the effects of the war in Ukraine.

Panattoni has fully commercialised another development – Panattoni Park Toruń. Stork, a company that provides logistics for clients from the food industry, has leased over 11,000 sqm and is to serve the Eastern European market from the centre. 

MLP Group has signed a new agreement with Santander Bank Polska. The bank has provided it with financing of more than €19 million and PLN 4 million. The funds will be used to refinance the existing warehouse facilities and finance the construction of new warehouse facilities within the MLP Łódź logistics park. The Kycia Legal law firm advised on the transaction.

Savills Investment Management has signed a lease extension at Park Szczecin Trzebusz with Carlsberg Supply Company Polska S.A., a member of one of the world’s largest brewers, Carlsberg Group. Carlsberg decided to continue leasing almost 15,000 sqm of warehouse space at the facility.

MDC2 Park Kraków South is a three-building distribution and logistics development with a planned total GLA of over 90,000 on a site of 19 ha. The project is located in Skawina, 13 km away from Kraków city centre and less than 2 km from the junction with the A4 Motorway.

Real Management S.A. has finalised the purchase of a development plot in Łubna, on the DK79 road connecting Warsaw, Piaseczno and Góra Kalwaria.
