Avison Young represented a global investment manager in the sale of a portfolio of four retail facilities, located in regional cities: Stara Cegielnia in Szczecin, Galeria Kosmos in Koszalin, OK Centrum Wałbrzych and OK Centrum Strzegom, with a total area of about 15,000 square meters GLA. Information on the value of the sale and the buyer's entity was not disclosed. All the facilities have a food operator of well-known discount chains - Lidl, Biedronka or Intermarche - as the main tenant. The buyer has plans to refresh some of the acquired assets and re-commercialize them.

Panattoni is building another strategic development for the Warsaw market. The developer has been granted €57 million in financing from Bank Pekao SA for the development of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II, which is to become one of the largest business and industrial platforms in the region.

Redefine Properties and Griffin Capital Partners have set up a venture to acquire Stokado, Poland's second-largest self-storage operator, to establish a platform to fast-track investment through development activity within this sector.

In the CEE region, Prague placed second in terms of the price of fitting out an office. With €1,159 being the average cost per square metre in Prague, it is just over half of what is standard in top cities in Germany or the UK, where costs often exceed €2,000. Panattoni has begun construction of a new park in the region of Greater Poland capital: Panattoni Park Poznań East II will be located near the A2 motorway and will comprise 37,000 sqm. The first tenant will be logistics operator GEODIS, occupying 8500 sqm.

The first building of the Nowa Strzegomska complex in Wrocław has received the BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating. The redevelopment of Wrocław Business Park in Strzegomska Street will see the existing buildings replaced by five class A office buildings with an area of 10,000-15,000 sqm each. Panattoni has been granted €67 million to construct a building as part of Panattoni Park Poznań A2. The development is to be handed over in October this year with the entire area of 82,000 sqm to be leased by a giant from the clothing industry.

Regesta S.A., a specialist provider of logistics services, has leased 33,000 sqm in one of the two warehouses of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V. The tenant was advised on the choice of the location and during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Panattoni has sold a manufacturing and warehouse BTS facility in Tczew near Gdańsk to LCN Capital Partners for over €26 million.
