Logicor has extended its lease agreement with PepsiCo Polska for ca. 58,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Logicor Mszczonów Park near Warsaw. The site is PepsiCo’s largest distribution centre in Poland.
Spanish brand Kamalion has joined the tenants of Warsaw's Blue City. The mobile phone accessories shop is located on level -1 and occupies an area of 111 sqm.
A Skin & Beauty by Super-Pharm salon - a concept store, which is a combination of a drugstore and perfumery - has opened in Elektrownia Powiśle in Warsaw. It will occupy an area of 240 sqm.
Insurance broker Eurorisk Biztosítási Alkusz Kft. has renewed the long-term lease for its office at Árpád Center office building, operated by ConvergenCE and located on the Váci office corridor. The company has been operating from this office since 2016.
New appointments
