Praktiker Real Estate, the property company owned by Turkish investor Omer Susli, has purchased the Muntenia Business Center offices, in central Bucharest, from Longshield Investment Group for €8 million.
Revetas Capital has sold Vitantis Shopping Center in Bucharest, with a leasable area of around 50,000 sqm, to Praktiker Real Estate, owned by businessman Omer Susli, for an undisclosed sum, according to economedia.ro.

Hungarian construction player Óbuda Group has announced the appointment of two new Deputy CEOs. Gábor Horváth will lead the project management division, while Ottó Vörös will oversee operations. Horváth brings 35 years of experience in the construction industry, while Vörös has over two decades of management and financial experience in real estate management.
Atakan Turhan has been appointed as General Manager of Radisson Blu Hotel and Park Inn by Radisson in Bucharest. Turhan brings over 30 years of hospitality experience, including 20 years with Radisson Hotel Group.
