CBRE's new pan-European survey has confirmed the success of the long-term effort of companies to attract employees back to their offices, with the best results achieved by large companies.

Eika Real Estate Fund (EREF) has acquired the BIG office in Poland, in the central part of Kraków, which is let to State Street Bank. The fund plans to further expand its investments in logistics, offices and retail parks in Poland. The price has not been revealed.

Raycho Raychev, Founder and CEO of EnduroSat, and Petar Mitev, CEO of Chaos, have teamed up to purchase an office project in Sofia that previously hosted the HQ of Alpha Bank.

AFI Europe has purchased the myhive Victoriei building in central Bucharest from Immofinanz for around €27 million. The new owner plans to turn the existing office building into a mixed-use project, with the conversion permit already secured.

Grafobal Group Development has received the first permit for the Patio project on Hraničná Street in Bratislava, reports Yimba.sk. The former brownfield is going to change into a mixed-use development.
