JLL will be responsible for leasing Atenor's future projects in Poland. Based on the success of Lakeside, Atenor has decided to entrust JLL with the commercialisation of its next two projects: Lakeside II i.e. the modernised UBC II building and FORT 7.

The developer WOAL, where JTRE and Cresco Real Estate are partners, has been preparing the concept of the development of the former Culture and Recreation Park in Bratislava for almost 10 years. For its part, Cresco has already received a valid decision on the location of the building earlier in 2024. JTRE, based on the announcement on the official board, is starting the proceedings for its parts now, reports YIMBA.sk.

Developer Penta Real Estate has made progress in the preparation of the Southbank project and entered the environmental impact assessment, reports Yimba.sk. The key owners, the developers J&T Real Estate and Penta Real Estate, are planning to build a new mixed-use zone near the Danube Embankment in Bratislava.

Private equity fund Greenstone has acquired an almost 80% stake in a special purpose vehicle owning the Format office building in Gdańsk. The vendor was Torus, which was advised during the transaction process by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield and law firm Greenberg Traurig. The buyer was advised by LegalKraft and Trebbi. The price has not been disclosed.

Developer JTRE has started construction on the Ganz House project, reports Yimba.sk. The project is part of Eurovea City between Landererová Street and the Danube embankment.

The number of employees working in office buildings rose from 40% in Q1 2023 to around 55% in Q1 2024 in the projects managed by Colliers in Romania.

Only 31,000 sqm of new supply was delivered through two projects during the three months to March 2024, bringing the combined office stock of Poland’s eight largest regional cities to 6.7 million sqm at the end of the first quarter, say BNP Paribas Real Estate experts. The new completions were Echo Investment’s Brain Park C (13,000 sqm) in Kraków, which is the second largest office market in Poland after Warsaw, and Cavatina Holding’s Quorum Office Park A (18,000 sqm) in Wrocław – the third biggest.

Passerinvest Group has started the construction of a new office and mixed-use building in Prague's Brumlovka. Offices, shops and rental apartments are all listed in the design concept of the Hila project.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland presented a summary of the opening months of 2024 in the Polish capital. The Warsaw office market is evolving as office availability has been shrinking considerably in recent years. The first quarter of 2024 saw a slower pace of service charge growth, longer leases and the refurbishment of obsolete office stock.

Real estate investor Martin Ladyr, through property management software company Swrop, has bought the office building known as Atrium House in Prague 10 from the investment group Cimex. He has also confirmed plans to reconstruct and modernise it gradually.
