A symbolic topping out was hung on the top floor of the third stage of the High5ive complex by Skanska in Kraków. This means that the main construction work has been completed and the building has reached its target height. Already at this stage of construction, the office section of the building has been completely leased out. With the commissioning, which is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022, Krakow will gain over 11,000 sqm of sustainable and modern office space. This is the first Skanska project in the capital of Lesser Poland, which will apply for the prestigious WELL Core&Shell certificate.

UK-based property investor Resolution Property, a key partner of leading Chinese investment firm Fosun, has acquired its third office building in Budapest. The 16,270 sqm BC 140 building, located on the Váci Road office corridor, has been sold by German asset management company DWS.

At the end of April 2021 Adgar Poland bought the building of PDT Wola. With an area of almost 10 thousand square meters, the structure is located in the middle of the historical Wola and for years has been one of the most important points on the architectural map of the district.
