Kid Group has kicked off the development of a new residential complex in northern Bucharest following an investment of €35 million. 

Real estate consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate estimates that all 256 apartments in Vulcan Residence based in Bucharest will be sold by the second half of 2023. The agency is the exclusive seller of the project, which is NEPI Rockcastle’s first residential investment in Romania. 

One of the most active residential developers of the Romanian market estimates at least a 20% increase in prices for new projects and 5-10% higher prices for the under-development units. Romanian Impact Developer & Contractor says it purchased a new land plot of 25,930 sqm in Iași, in the location where it will kick off a massive residential project with more than 1,000 apartments.
