Industrial developer CTP has signed three new leases with logistics provider Milšped in Serbia, taking the total leased space by the company to 105,000 sqm.
Delta Holding has laid the foundation stone for the Delta Planet Niš shopping centre, which will spread over 40,000 sqm on two floors. Completion is scheduled for spring 2021.
A Lego store will open in Kraków's CH Bonarka. The Danish brand's store will have 300 sqm of space.
XTB has extended its lease in Warsaw's Skyliner. The company will continue to occupy nearly 4,400 sqm in the office building. The company moved its headquarters to Skyliner in early 2022, occupying three floors. The new contract extends the existing contract for another 63 months.
CitySpace, an operator specializing in flexible office spaces, is launching its fifth office in Wrocław, in the City 2 building – the part of the office complex located on Traugutta Street. The new CitySpace Forum office is a 2,300 sqm space.

GTC Group has appointed Miklos Egri as Chief Operating Officer. The new manager will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operational and administrative management in the Central and Eastern European markets.
