Vlad Musteață, CEO of North Bucharest Investments, spoke with Property Forum about the trends recorded in the agency’s Bucharest-based residential portfolio and its plans to expand in other Romanian cities.
A showroom of the IWC Home and Dion brands has opened in the Homepark Janki retail park, owned by the Pradera European Retail Parks Fund, occupying about 680 sqm of retail space.
Hatrans Logistics, which operates in the logistics and transportation services sector, has leased 5,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice park.
TPL Logistic has leased nearly 3,700 sqm of warehouse and office space in the P3 Blonie park near Warsaw, thereby increasing the space it previously occupied to 5,000 sqm in two warehouses.
New appointments
At the beginning of July, Jesika Mackiewicz took the position of Business Manager of Warsaw projects at Matexi Poland. She will be responsible for development of the company portfolio of residential projects and land purchases.
Rafał Kincer has been appointed CEO of Polski Holding Hotelowy. The new head of the state-owned hotel company will take the helm in mid-July.
Anne Kavanagh, former CEO of residential and mixed-use developer Telford Homes (of the Trammell Crow Company group), has been appointed president of ULI Europe. The Urban Land Institute (ULI) also announced the appointment of Angela Cain as global CEO.
