International developer UDI Group is developing the Parkside project in Budapest. Baltic hotel group Mogotel is confirmed to operate it under the Staybridge Suites brand name of the global hotel chain IHG.

Hospitality group Mogotel has signed a partnership with Romanian developer Monarc Properties for the opening of the first Radisson Blu hotel in the seaside resort Mamaia.

Riga-based hotel operator Mogotel announced its debut in Hungary via LinkedIn. With the cooperation of Accor and the financial support of state-owned development finance institution ALTUM, Mogotel is bringing Novotel Budapest Centrum into its hotel family.

Christie & Co has found a new tenant for the former Sofitel on the main square with Mogotel, who will operate the hotel in Wroclaw's city centre under the Wyndham brand. For the Latvian operator Mogotel, it is the first hotel in Poland.
