Bucharest recorded 10 of the 14 major property transactions closed in the first half of 2022, while the overall volume of investment rose by 6% to €323 million compared to the first half of 2021, according to real estate consultancy CBRE.
Since the start of 2021, around 189,000 sqm of offices were leased on the Bucharest market, of which 70% were for spaces in buildings with green certifications, according to real estate consultancy CBRE Romania.

Ewelina Szczepaniak joins the office space leasing team of CPI Property Group in Poland as Leasing Manager – Offices. She will strengthen a department responsible for the lease of 20 office buildings in Warsaw with a combined area of 516,000 sqm.
