MDC2 has appointed Martin Healey, a senior global property executive, to its Board. He is a senior international real estate investment professional with almost 25 years of experience. Martin is the Managing Director of Real Assets, and a member of the Global Leadership Team of CPP Investments, a global investment management organization.

Generali Real Estate has completed the acquisition of MDC2 Park Kraków South, a logistics development project in Poland, located in Skawina, Kraków area, on behalf of the pan-European Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund managed by Generali Real Estate S.p.A Società di gestione del risparmio. The development will be carried out in collaboration with MDC2, a warehouse and logistics space developer operating on the Polish market. The price has not been disclosed.

Warehouse developer operating on the Polish market, MDC2 has reached an agreement with Fortress REIT Limited – South Africa’s largest owner and developer of logistics real estate.

Poland-based warehouse and industrial developer MDC² has acquired a new development site that will accommodate a warehouse and logistics project in the Upper Silesia region, located in Gliwice at the intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways. MDC² Park Gliwice will comprise 52,000 sqm of modern and environmentally sustainable warehouse and logistics space.
