pbb provides €75 million for Warsaw office building

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €75 million investment loan facility to a Polish company managed by Macquarie Asset Management on behalf of institutional investors. The loan will be used for the refinancing of the CEDET office building in Warsaw. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

SEGRO has extended the lease agreement with CAT LC Polska at SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ożarów. The logistics operator's total area in this location amounts to more than 21,400 sqm, spread across three buildings.

Horváth brings 35 years of experience in the construction industry, while Vörös has over two decades of management and financial experience in real estate management.
