Spiżarnia to lease building at 7R Park Lublin

Spiżarnia, a distributor of Polish food to Western European countries, has chosen 7R Park Lublin to locate its new warehouse and offices. The company will occupy one of the five buildings at the planned logistics park. The facility for Spiżarnia, with an area of nearly 22,000 sqm, was developed in the BTS formula and houses three cold stores. The building will be completed in December 2021.

Panattoni builds an additional 53,000 sqm in Lublin

Panattoni continues its investments in Lublin. The planned Panattoni Park Lublin III will consist of four Class A warehouse halls totalling 53,110 sqm. Construction works began last October and the first tenants include well-known logistics operators. They have taken up 12,000 sqm in total.

Lublin’s office stock to expand in 2021

Lublin’s total office stock remained unchanged at the end of June 2019, flatlining at 191,200 sqm, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Despite the lack of new supply, occupier activity was healthy, which pushed the city’s vacancy rate down to 10.6%, representing a 9.1 pp decrease year-on-year.

C&W appointed manager of Galeria Orkana

Cushman & Wakefield was appointed manager of Galeria Orkana in Lublin. The shopping centre is owned by real estate group CPI Property Group. Galeria Orkana is a two-level shopping centre located in Lublin at the junction of Władysława Orkana and Zwycięska streets. It offers building area of 17,000 sqm of floor space for about 50 retail stores, restaurants and service outlets of top brands. It also provides 220 underground and surface parking spaces. Constructed in 2006, Galeria Orkana has been managed by Cushman & Wakefield since August 2016.

New leases

  • Nivea Polska/Beiersdorf will open its first office in Warsaw, leasing nearly 400 sqm on the 37th floor of the HB Reavis-owned Varso Tower. The contract has been signed for five years and the office will begin operations in May 2025.
  • Business Link, an operator of flexible space belonging to the Skanska Group, has opened a second location in Poznań. The 1,800 offices are located in the Nowy Rynek complex.
  • Thinslices, a tech company incorporated in Iași, with operations in Berlin, Lisbon and London, has relocated its HQ in Iulius-based UBC 2 office building. The new office spans an area of around 500 sqm.

New appointments

  • Management Board of Globe Trade Centre has announced that on the 3rd of December, the company received a written statement from György Stof on his resignation as a Member of the Company's Management Board.
  • Dom Development has announced changes to its Management Board. Monika Dobosz will become a Member and Vice-president of the Management Board. In this position, she will replace Leszek Stankiewicz, who has submitted a declaration of resignation from this position. Dobosz will be responsible for the company's finances.
  • Dariusz Blocher has resigned from the position of chair of Unibep. The supervisory board has appointed Andrzej Sterczyński as president of the company from January 1st, 2025.
