As a result of this move, GTV will occupy a total of over 47,200 sqm of space in the region’s largest warehouse complex. Panattoni has launched work on another project for the retail sector. A distribution centre is to be built in Szczecin with an area of around 54,500 sqm where up to 500 people are going to be employed. The development will be certified under BREEAM for a rating of Outstanding.

GLP has begun construction of a new 38,000 sqm warehouse near the eastern border of Warsaw, close to the A2 motorway junction. The development will contribute to a reduction in CO2 emissions through the implementation of heat pumps, enhanced insulation, and smart metering.

The construction of a brand-new facility at the MLP Poznań logistics centre, built-to-suit for HAVI Logistics, is already underway. The project involves developing over 16,000 sqm of new space.. The goal is to achieve a BREEAM New Construction environmental certification of ‘Excellent’. MLP Group has entrusted the role of general contractor to WPIP Construction. Completion of the works and handover to the occupier will take place in August of this year.

MDC2, together with an investor - Invesco Real Estate, has concluded a lease agreement with AFL, which has taken 10,784 sqm at MDC2 Park Gliwice.

Panattoni has begun its biggest urban warehouse development in Warsaw. City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV with over 45,000 sqm is to be constructed near Warsaw’s Chopin Airport. In the first stage, a warehouse building is to be built that will be occupied by a tenant from the logistics sector.
