New Budapest office building secures first tenant

The newly refurbished Buda Loft Offices has welcomed its first tenant, TransferWise. The building opened its doors officially in July, and offers 5 floors with an approximate total of 2,500 sqm for lease. Colliers International Hungary has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent.

Tristan Capital Partners, a pan-European real estate investment fund, has announced three new lease agreements in their recently refurbished Praha City Center office building. The new tenants are leasing a combined 3,000 square metres of the 16,000 square metre property.

Echo investment signs two new leasing deals in Poland

Nokia Networks has leased an office area of over 7,000 sqm in the West Link building, which is being developed by Echo Investment on Na Ostatnim Groszu Street in Wrocław. OmniOffice has joined the group of tenants of the Q22 office building in Warsaw by leasing an area of over 2,000 sqm on the second floor.

Full house in Krakow’s B4B building E

With two companies recently signing a lease agreement in Building E, the fifth building in Krakow office complex Bonarka for Business (B4B) has reached 100% occupancy level. Gerda Broker Sp. z o.o. leases 301,91 sqm GLA on the ground floor of Building E, while Skelia Poland Sp. z o.o. takes 511,21 sqm GLA on the 4th floor. B4B adds approx. 10 000 sqm GLA new office space to Krakow’s office market each year and TriGranit, the developer of the B4B buildings plans to go on with this trend.

Goodman expands in Gdansk

Goodman Group has signed two lease agreements for a total of 7,800 sqm at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre (PLC), located adjacent to the Deepwater Container Terminal (DCT) in Gdańsk. With these new agreements, all available space (51,500 sqm) at PLC is now fully leased. In response to market demand, Goodman is also constructing 15,836 sqm of class-A warehousing at PLC, which will be delivered in the third quarter of 2016.

Prologis announced that it has signed lease agreements with Arvato Polska for 30,835 square metres at Prologis Park Błonie. The transactions include a lease renewal for 22,510 square metres and a new lease for 8,325 square metres of additional distribution space.

New leases

  • Henkel will relocate its operations to the second building of Skanska's Equilibrium complex in Bucharest, in Q3 2025. The transaction was brokered by iO Partners.
  • Igepa Polska has leased approximately 7,650 sqm of space at the MLP Łódź logistics centre (central Poland), which includes offices, a showroom, and a terrace. The transaction was facilitated with the support of the consulting firm Newmark Polska.
  • Grammarly, a global AI service provider developing spell correction technology, has opened its new European headquarters in CPI Property Group's Warsaw Financial Center office building. The company has taken over 1,000 sqm of space. JLL experts supported the tenant in the transaction and legal advice was provided by Baker McKenzie law firm.

New appointments

  • The Valuation Department at consultancy Savills has strengthened its team. The new members are Karolina Sabatowska-Gomułka as Associate Director and Magdalena Ziółkowska as Consultant.
  • Bartosz Frąckowiak has become the new head of the CBRE office in Poznań (western Poland). He will be responsible for the integration of all CBRE business lines in the Wielkopolska region.
  • Marta Zawadzka has TriGranit as Head of Leasing and Asset Management. Returning to the company after nearly a decade, Marta will oversee leasing activities for key projects, including Signum in Warsaw and Bonarka for Business in Kraków.
