Prima Development Group has purchased a land plot spanning 6 hectares in northern Bucharest, where it plans to develop a large-scale residential project. The developer already owns another land plot of 5 hectares in the same area.

Romanian developer Genesis Property has purchased a 30,000 sqm land plot from Stizo Invest, for an undisclosed sum, in a transaction brokered by Colliers.

CTP has expanded its Polish land bank by nearly half a million sqm. Mitiska REIM has announced the sale of a 6.7ha land plot in Gliwice (Silesia, Poland) to Momentum Leisure to develop a theme and water park at Europa Centralna retail centrre The price has not been disclosed. 

Romanian developer Euro Vial Residence has purchased a six hectare land plot in the northern area of the city of Constanța, towards Ovidiu, for €6.5 million.
